Abstract

Percutaneous thrombin injection is a well-known minimally invasive treatment option of pseudoaneurysm. This minimally invasive procedure offers high success rates, rapid symptom relief, and low rates of complications, making it an attractive option for patients with pseudoaneurysms. This case describes a 51-year-old man with a medical history of Non-ischemic Cardiomyopathy, Dyslipidemia, peripheral vascular ischemia being treated with warfarin. Patient presented to the emergency department with a stab wound to the right upper arm, the wound was treated using thrombin injection.
