Click 52 year old male with a pelvic mass found to be an extrapleural solitary fibrous tumor. An MRI was performed using a 1.5 Tesla magnet. Non contrast axial T1 fat saturated MRI reveals a large mass occupying most of the pelvis displacing adjacent structures and extending into the right gluteal region. (1.5 Tesla magnet, TR 4 ms, TE 2 ms, 2.5 mm slice thickness)
