Click 18-year-old woman with a duodenal duplication cyst presenting with epigastric pain and abdominal bulge. Axial CT images of the abdomen and pelvis with intravenous contrast in the venous phase. There is a smoothly-marginated mass in the lesser sac posterior to the stomach and medial to the first portion of the duodenum. The mass is mostly cystic but contains a thick rim with solid component and coarse calcifications at the inferior aspect of the mass.
