Wear properly!

Correct hygiene!

Caution: Warm water additionally stresses the sensitive skin in winter. The water should therefore be moderately warm. Only briefly should be showered and bathed so that the skin surface does not soften too much. A maximum of 15 minutes must be sufficient. Shampoo should also be used only to a certain extent, so that the skin surface is unnecessarily irritated natural treatment for seborrheic dermatitis. There are especially gentle shampoos and lotions that are pH-neutral. After the hands have been washed, they should be sufficiently dried and creased. Shower or bath oil can give the skin fat after the bath, but peelings or aggressive care products should be avoided.

Proper room climate!

In winter you should be in a damp room climate. The room humidity should be at least 50 percent. In particularly heavily heated rooms, the humidity often drops to as much as 25 percent. Green plants such as papyrus, Cyprus grass or lilies are suitable for this purpose. Finally, they return almost their entire water to the air of the immediate environment. This moisture is also good for dry skin in winter. The ventilation of the rooms can also help. At least three times a day should be briefly stroked. It is already five minutes per ventilation.

Right nutrition!

Food that includes fatty acids of the omega type is good against dry skin in winter. These omega fatty acids are, for example, walnuts or linseed. Also fish such as mackerel, herring or salmon are rich in these fatty acids. If desired, supplements may be added to the food. Important are fresh vegetables and fruits is there a cure for seborrheic dermatitis, which contain vitamins and minerals. Also moisture can be absorbed through these. Especially kiwis and lemons can give the body a lot of vitamin C. This increases the defenses of the immune system and the skin.
